Manto was established in 1999 to support the transformation and development of the public sector in South Africa. In the early years it focused on supporting the establishment of new institutions such as the National Council of Provinces and the new National Prosecution Authority. It also supported the establishment of a number municipalities and provincial legislatures. Since its inception Manto has provided it clients with consulting and capacity building solutions geared towards the organisation consolidation, growth and sustainability of these entities.
Manto is a level 1 BEE company and its current shareholding is 100% black owned. The management team is comprised of founding members and team members that have spent over ten years in the business. It has a diverse and dynamic team of individuals that are professional and competent in their areas of specialty. The Manto team is driven by the values of the company and they are focused on supporting the developmental agenda of South Africa, the continent and the world.
WHAT WE DO
Manto Management was founded with a vision to be apart of shaping the new South Africa as a democracy. We were apart of forming the new Parliament of South Africa, National and Provincial Legislature as well as a number of agencies like the Hawks.
